Spring Creek BBQ

This is our favorite Texas barbeque. It's family style, so you stand in line to order and you push your tray along and tell the guys what meat you want and then they shout some goofy sing-song response back and hand you your plate and then you help yourself to two sides. There is fried okra, salad, green beans (my family likes them), corn, fries, etc. The rolls are served by girls who bring them around in a big laundry basket when they are hot out of the oven and the rolls are SO GOOD! My favorite is the beef and sausage plate. I'm not usually a sausage person, but they have some good sausage. My kids love the beef and the baked beans. This is Curren's all-time favorite restaurant.
