After parent conferences, the teachers get a compensation day, which means no school! It was a warm fall day so we took Curren and Emily to the Hogle Zoo! The little boys and I go often, but this was the first time we all went (minus James). The train ride was first and then we made sure to see the babies--elephant and giraffe. We brought a picnic lunch and it felt so good to be outside!
