Our ward had a really great Christmas breakfast this year. There were crafts, great food, and Santa and Mrs. Claus came, too! Hunter was thrilled to see him as soon as he saw him walk into the cultural hall. It's so fun to be with kids, especially at Christmas time.

My sweet baby is 3! Porter is growing up faster than everyone else. He just has to keep up with his brothers and sister. He is the only one of our children with brown hair. He might be a lefty. He loves cars and trains. He sings many Primary songs perfectly. My favorite one: "I am a Child of God". He is a wrestler. Loves to be tossed around. He almost never cries when he gets hurt. He and his older brother wear the same size pants, a 4T. And most importantly, he is completely potty trained! Has also has a smile and laugh that melt my heart. We love you, Portie.

Rain, rain

We spent a couple of days in LA with cousins and it rained every minute we were there! Crazy, pouring rain for days! So, while James took the boys to the skate park, we took everyone else to Joanns too pick up supplies to make headbands. They turned out cute, even if we got glares from lots of customers who were not used to seeing so many kids. (So funny to me, since we've moved to UT, I am so used to being around tons of little ones all the time).

Christmas Eve in San Diego

There were just a couple of warm days during the two weeks were in southern California. One was spent swimming at my mom's condo. The kids loved it! Porter loved playing with Nana and wasn't as afraid of the water as he should be. We really need to get those two little boys swimming lessons!

Macey's

Getting into the holiday spirit at one of my favorite places, Macey's...the grocery store. Where else can you get chocolate covered cinnamon bears, 50lb bags of flour, a free kid's ice cream cone, and weekly crockpot meal ideas with everything you need at one display? Also, free photos with Santa!

Old friends

We are so happy that friends of ours from Flagstaff have moved to Utah! We went sledding at the park and had a ball! We came back home and had mugs of hot chocolate with lots of mini marshmallows and whipped cream.

Discovery Gateway

When the weather turns cold and Saturday rolls around, we head to the children's musuem. We always have fun, especially James! I had to snap this picture of him playing construction with the boys. They made a new little friend that day, too.
