How the Gospel Blesses My Life

This was the theme for an art contest that one of Curren's drawings was selected for. He drew a picture of his favorite scripture story: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abedego in the fiery furnac. He drew it over the summer, we mailed it off and forgot all about it. Then, right before Christmas we got an email saying his art was chosen to be part of an exhibit at the Church Museum of History and Art! So exciting! He got to attend the opening night and was given a certificate, too. The exhibit is so neat. The art, all done by children 11 and younger, was awesome. There were refreshments upstairs, and then we spent some time playing in the brand new Book of Mormon exhibit for kids. It was a very fun night for our family as we celebrated Curren's achievement.
